Hello, I’m Claudine Anne Marcelo, and I’m excited to start my journey as a Virtual Assistant! Although I’m new to this field, I have enrolled in courses to develop my skills in social media management and administrative tasks. I’m passionate about using my growing expertise to help entrepreneurs, small businesses, and busy professionals stay organized and effectively manage their online presence.
In social media management, I’m learning how to create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with audiences to help build a brand's visibility and connection with followers. I’m also gaining hands-on experience with tools and strategies to grow social media accounts and create meaningful engagement.
Alongside social media, I’m gaining valuable knowledge in administrative support, including email management, scheduling, and customer service. I’m eager to apply these skills and assist clients in streamlining their day-to-day tasks, helping them save time and focus on what matters most.
