Profile Description

• Monitors Aging of Accounts Receivables and Prepares Statement of Accounts for local and international clients.• Analyze and reconcile historical data of long-overdue debts.• Address client billing issues and discrepancies.• Identify amounts deposited to USD and PHP bank account.• Prepares the Official Receipt and Acknowledgement Receipt for issuance to clients. • Monitor BIR 2307 forms for submission to Risk Management and Tax Compliance.• Submit weekly reports on collected amounts and outstanding billings.• Prepare BIR 2307 forms for consultants and communicate with them for receipt issuance.• Responsible for handling and filing of accounting documents such as Official Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipts and Disbursement Vouchers. • Recorded Petty Cash Fund liquidations for outstations.• Processed Accounts Payable Voucher for Purchased Order and Non-Purchased Order based transactions.• Responsible for encoding and monitoring Sales Invoice, Debit and Credit Memo related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.• Prepared and monitored liquidation of Cash Advances and also Cash and General Journal Entries.• Prepared vouchers payable for brokers and raw material purchases.• Monitored outstanding payments to brokers.• Prepared BIR monthly, quarterly and annual alpha list for Expanded Withholding Tax Report.• Handled bank reconciliation and average costing of raw materials• Prepared Year-end financial audit schedules.• Submitted quarterly and annual reports to BIR.
