Virtual Assistance may appear to be difficult but it came easy - thanks to the experiences I gained working as a customer service representative - virtual assistant. With an over-all 9 years of experience, I can honestly say, nothing is impossible to learn - with perseverance and focus. I was once a beginner in all of the tools I have learned, but I mastered them all because I believed I can - and worked hard for it. I have supervised agents, mentored and helped them become a better customer service specialists. I have helped lots of clients become a better version of themselves by doing their stuff for them - so they can focus on more important things. I helped with ANYTHING! Research, set appointments, personal virtual secretary, executive assistant, customer service professional and much more! I specialize in eCommerce - Shopify at best, to be specific. I assist customers in my clients behalf, fulfill orders, create and check invoices, upload and search new products with SEO basics, answer paypal and stripe disputes, communicating with suppliers, social media moderation and more! I can share ideas and knowledge to help a company grow. helpful software and tools I made use of like helpscout, reamaze, gorgias, netsuite and zendesk for CRM, Oberlo, Dropified and Dsers to upload products  and fulfill orders, Asana, Todoist and Trello, hubspot, Zoho as project management software, highly proficient with Microsoft office and Google apps (google docs, spreadsheet etc). I also learned how to do basic photo editing through Microsoft paint and canva and video editing using wondershare filmora.
Working as a virtual assistant, I've learned to do basic blogging and article writing. And additionally was able to finally reach out to influencers on Instagram for my clients.
As a freelancer, I give so much attention to work integrity - doing what is right even when no one is watching. I always make sure to give quality output to my clients. I am hardworking, honest, proactive, competitive and can work with less supervision.
