It helps me understand the behavior of the person so that I can help develop his/skill like when I was a missionary leader lots of missionary under my zone has different ways to convince people. I approach them differently also I help there struggle not to be shy to people.

Organizing worker is very important for the production it helps me see neat and clean because you can see lesser idle worker it helps to eliminate unprofitable servant.

Problem solving is critical usually in personal if you have favorites most of a time I mistook the right to be wrong and wrong to be right, like disputation who you want to obey team leader or manager.

I always come to the work 1&1/2 hour before the working hours prepare the daily plan for the workers to be instructed. Or I prepare a plan a day before as a reminder of the daily work routen

Communication is the key to success like if you communicate the your team and treat them as a family not a workers the more closer to individual, then they trust you and you trust them also the better the work because they will not think you are higher than them.

I work as a missionary and become a district leader and zone leader for 2 years 2014-2016 in Baguio Philippine mission it is hard to lead because most of the people think of your weakness not your strength, even you got 9 strength and 1 weakness they always think your weakness but the most important thing that I learn that we are given different talent and ability to fill the gap the leader must unite everyone in the leadership position

Time management can make miracles in work because it is one with the planning activities, if we failed to plan the our plan is to failed. Targeting dates and time to achieve goals is not merely wishing but to be conscious of the time even the very last minute if I still work and don't stand by or chill a moment.

When I was a sales agent of a chicken it can help me to deal and it help gain more loyal customer because of satisfaction.

Critical thinking I used this skill during crop rotation problem or less harvest of vegetables, I find solution by inter cropping and planting plan in greenhouse

I speak English if i was ask to be a speaker during sunday service and if i was ask to speak the language
