Experienced in hardiskdrive manufacaturing industry for almost 19years and mostly dealt with Supplier and Quality Engineering. Main contact person for any supplier and customer related inquiries , issues and concerns. Experienced with factory and supplier site auditing
to ensure all Quality requirements have been met and conforms to the standard.
Leading Quality Assurance team to ensure all Quality Metrics have met ,driving continuous improvement and Zero defect mind setting.
Knowledgable on QC tools, 8D Methodology, SPC, FMEA+,DRBFM,etc.
Handle Change Management Control System to ensure changes have been reviewed and approved by each process stakeholder before implementation.
Assisted Quality Management System (QMS) activities to ensure several standards are maintained and conforms to customer requirement.
Can understand Engineering Upgrade to see actual infoerpret QC Flow Chart.
With knowledge on MS Office and database.
With Good oral and written communication skills with great attention to detail and a result driven approach.
