I previously imported goods from China and built a successful online business, primarily selling on Facebook, where I grew my page to thousands of followers. As the business expanded, I later transitioned to selling on Shopee to reach a broader audience. This endeavor allowed me to develop valuable skills in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and social media management. Though I am no longer actively involved in this business, the experience provided me with a strong foundation in e-commerce and digital marketing, which I continue to apply in my current projects.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience that translates directly to a Virtual Assistant role. Here are some key areas where I have demonstrated my VA skills: Customer Service & Communication: In my online business, I regularly handled customer inquiries, answered questions, and provided support, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience. Social Media Management: I successfully grew my Facebook page to thousands of followers and actively managed content on YouTube. Scheduling & Administrative Support: As an online teacher, I was responsible for scheduling lessons, managing my time efficiently, and organizing lesson plans. These skills translate well to a VA role, where managing calendars, setting appointments, and ensuring smooth operations are key. Email Management: In my business, I managed customer inquiries and correspondence via email, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication. I am deeply passionate about web development and QA testing, skills I actively pursue both as a hobby.
