I've been a bpo for more than 3 years. I have handled different accounts as well including telco that's my first job and account I handle
my role was a customer service rep we answer to different inquiries of the customer like troubleshooting, phone activation, upselling, returns and refund etc.
second is a healthcare account, I work there as a cx service associate, our main duty is to set an appointment for the members of healthcare insurance going to their doctors appointment and giving them transportation service
and third, recently I just resigned as verification specialist, so as a verification specialist we conduct a background check and criminal history check on all applicants who are either applying for a loan, job, or for housing purposes before they get approved.
