> Provide guidance on the learning and development opportunities available through our custom ‘Growth Academy’;
> Tracking teaUpgrade to see actual infombers’ performance against KPIs.
> Conduct performance appraisals.
> Collaborate with others to develop employee engagement strategies
> Setting up information and managing financial planning CRM (XPlan).
> Facilitating banking reconciliation and reporting.
> Preparing reports and documentation for client meetings.
> Liaising with financial institutions, banks, and fund managers.
> Researching insurance plans and coverages.
