I have six years of experience in a call center providing telephone, email, and chat support to US and Australian customers. I have learned to deal with different people of all ages having worked as an ESL tutor for seven years. I also have 2 years of customer service and sales experience in a retail store environment working for a telecommunication company. Additionally, I've worked as a transcriptionist, editor, and proofreader for more than a year doing general transcriptions. I am self-motivated and can work with minimum supervision.
