In my role as Design Team Head, I notably supervised the GF lobby interior works for the award-winning "Damosa Diamond Tower," the first EDGE-certified premium office building in Mindanao. This experience has honed my skills in leadership, client interaction, project coordination, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives. I have also completed online training in the prefabrication of light-steel frames using SketchUp plug-ins.
As an experienced Junior Designer, I possess strong expertise in architectural drafting and project planning. I am adept at creating detailed shop drawings, preparing contract documents, specifications, and cost estimates. My background includes managing on-site construction activities and ensuring quality control, with a keen understanding of coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as enhancing lighting and acoustics.
