General VA/Chat Support/Non-Voice Sale Representative

I was a head Social Media Growth Manager. My tasks were to edit contents, create captions, post the contents to reels/stories. View insights of every contents posted, interact with followers/following, maintaining and growing Social Media Accounts.

I have handled a lot of Amazon Dropshipping Store Accounts. I help Amazon Dropshipping Stores grow, I have been an amazon dropshipping and FBA virtual assistant since for 2+ years. In handling Amazon Dropshipping store, I DO EVERYTHING.

I was a chat support/customer service representative for a non-voice Solo Ad company for more than three years. I approached targeted prospects and offer them our services. I also have upsold most of my clients for bigger packages. I was a seller for more than a year until I got promoted as a team leader for the company. I handled clients’ campaigns and handled my own team. I broke the company’s team record twice in a row. Then again I got promoted to being the supervisor of the company. I was also a Social Media VA for a company named Miami Visuals. I handled all the owner's social media accounts, contacting targeted prospects and adding their phone number to hubspot CRM. I was assigned to post as well as reply to comments on his social media accounts.

My duties as a bookkeeper include payroll, month-end closing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations including credit cards, PayPal, and bank accounts and other accounting-related tasks. Recording and categorizing all financial transactions such as sales, expenses, and payments in QuickBooks. Financial reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, etc. I have also been assigned for Bookkeeping, Accounting, payroll for the team/virtual assistants, creating daily, weekly and monthly reports of sales from payments, sales dashboard, refund reports, etc. Manage accounts payable and receivable including invoicing, processing payments, and following up on outstanding balances, reconciliation of bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis, Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as quick-books and google sheets.
