Real estate Assistant property management

On this Job , as a Real Estate or Assistant property management I Do Assisting Client, visiting our Site like condo's , checking the status of the Unit before or after the Client stay in our Unit for there 1 year Contract. I process their move in or move out Requirements. Etc.

I am graduated Business administration major in marketing management but my Previous Job was Project Admin Assistant , My Duty and Responsibilities their is to Distribute all the Complete Documents of our Employees in our respective Department. I also prepare their Office supplies and Coordinate to our Courier, I do also Payroll checking time Cards , Consolidating All documents from the package, Receiving documents, checks in accounting department, preparing Request Budget for their incoming trainings. Etc.

On this Job , I am Building Admin officer/ Billing Specialist I do Receiving Tenants Rentals, Billings etc. and I do also Payable in Bank like government payments. I do also Bookkeeping managing Data.
