Procurement Sourcing Analyst

I have experienced doing multiple task at the same time. I make sure that my attention to detail and accuracy makes my work commendable. I had a lot of experience working with data entry and administrative tasks. I had experience on my previous role wherein a report needs to be submitted on the same day, I have dedicated my time and attention to details of the report before submitting it for presentation.

Throughout my work experience and education, I have always tried to develop strong communication skills. I always make sure to clearly convey points to different audiences. I also like to think myself as a good listener which aids in my ability to understand a situation.

I have been in a several job positions for working many years, I have learned to manage multitasking by prioritizing tasks and breaking down into smaller and manageable items. For instance in my current role, I often juggle client meetings, team management and deadlines. I used time blocking to dedicate specific hours toe each task.

Throughout my working experience, I have encountered several situations that tested my organizational skills. For instance, in my current role, I have successfully completed/close seventeen projects in the course of 1 month, I have managed to organized time, and was able to build a strong team management while working together towards the goal in general.
