For more than three years, I worked as a Customer Service Representative and managed different international accounts such as Telecommunication, E-Textbooks, and Financial. In my role as a customer service representative, I typically respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a timely and professional manner, providing information on the product and other related matters.
My current course is Virtual Assistance and I have already acquired basic skills such as creating graphics content, managing calendars, editing videos, and entering data.
