My name is Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info, I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for the last 7 years and I was Previously working as a freelancer for a Wellbeing and Technology company based in Cyprus, handling Chat and Email Support for their subscription based  applications in the App and Play store.
Prior to working as an independent contractor, my last job was at Aetna CVS Caremark as a regular employee. I am responsible with Pharmacy benefits, Appointment setting, Mail order support, Prior Authorization and Coordination of benefits.
I am very interested in the Chat and Email support position, because it opens up an exciting opportunity for me to apply my diverse skills and upskill my experience. Not only that, this position also provides motivation for personal growth and career advancement.
I will be a rockstar from training to operations. I believe that I am an ideal candidate to fill this position as my skill set matches all the requirements laid out in the job description. In particular, my ability to work in tight deadlines, manage my time effectively and deep understanding and experience in the Chat and Email Support role around the Globe, makes me a good fit for the role.
