My last job was at Aetna and CVS  and I am responsible for providing Insurance benefits, Appointment setting and Mail order support  and Online product support for ecommerce website and I also handled prior authorizations, coverage determinations and support with verification of benefits for optical, dental and medical.I am well trained in EMR/EHR system ,CRM Tools in handling  patient record and DATA entry. I have deep knowledge and experience Healthcare System in the USA following HIPPA privacy law in handling Protected health information.
