new here, but I have been in the customer service industry since I started
working at 18 years old. I do have basic proficiency with the Microsoft tools

cold calling , appointment setting, sending and receiving contracts.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I was an email customer support for my previous employer. I was with them for 4 almost 5 years. Last 3 years with them, I was a Global email support where I answered emails for customers all over the world and not just the US consumers. There were for sure language barriers but that didn't stop me from finding ways to cater to them as I normally would cater to a US client.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
As mentioned in my profile, I'm new to freelancing but I have been in the customer service industry since I started working at 18. In my years of working , I can say I have become adaptable to customers temperaments, I have been in the escalations department where all I ever talk to are upset customers, I've also handled merchant clients. All those years of experience have made me become positive that I can achieve what I came here for.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I was in the back office for merchant billing department for my previous employer and became a billing specialist. I was assigned to keep records and review billing statements and invoices of my clients expenditures down to the last cent. This has helped my clients document their monthly expenses and keep up with their business needs.
