Profile Description
For more than 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting industry, from being an Accounting Staff to Accounting Teamleader, and have knowledge in accounting tools and software (Quickbooks). I usually do the following:
-Preparing payroll and checked for proper deductions (head office and branch crews) -Coordinate with banks for payroll of branch crews
-Accounts Payables and Receivables and checked if correctly entered
-Preparing vouchers and checks for payables of the company
-Follow up collections to the Branch for payroll funding of their crews.
-Encoding sales and purchases
-Bank Reconciliation
-Tax Preparation (Income Taxes and Withholding Taxes Compensation) Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly
-Billing preparation for Branches payroll
-Computing commisions for Sales Associates
-Monitoring and checking inventory of uniforms and machines to be used in different branches
