I am an Assistant Municipal Accountant that prepare financial statements and reports. I also review and approve all financial transactions of the Municipality. This includes review of payroll, invoices and payments due to the suppliers of the Municipality. I ensure that important accounts are reconciled such as Cash, Receivables, Payables, Property Plant and Equipment (PPE) and accruals. I also ensure that all tax and regulatory requirements are promptly filed and paid. And as part of the Management, I am included in the budget preparation, review and accountability phase of our organization.
I have experience in teaching accounting and business courses including a course for the basic use of quickbooks for business. I have also experience in using SAP from my previous employer as part of Cash and Banking and Intercompany Accounting.

I have prepared accounts reconciliation for cash, receivable, payable and inventory on a monthly basis for 3 years. And now I am reviewing these account reconciliation for the past 5 years

As part of the management, I have prepared the financial statements and reports that has gone thru auditing. With the result of the audit having no material error or misstatement
Experience: 10+ years
I have vast experience in excel, using functions that ease the navigation in excel and the organization of large data. The only thing that I am not very proficient is the use of Macro for automation.
