I am very excited to see there's an open position for a
Virtual Assistant at your company! I have worked from home for more than seven
years and have virtually assisted a variety of clients. I have worked for
individual clients and corporations. My home office is fully equipped with the
standard office equipment needed to execute administrative assignments. Working
independently and taking initiative when necessary are traits that I have
sharpened as a Virtual Assistant. I am confident I would be a great addition to
your team.
 
I provided customer service support via email and chat to an
executive team for almost five years at Upgrade to see actual info. In addition, as an Email and
chat support, I assist consumers with complaints and questions, as well as
offering details on a range of products and services, as well as waiting for
orders and executing returns and refunds. I help clients understand different products through email and
answer questions about their account and services. I required to respond to
corporate customers by email and chat. Establishing client relationships,
resolving customer difficulties, marketing goods & services, retaining
requisite skills, reporting to managers, and referring unanswered questions to
specialists are all part of my responsibilities. I am a customer service representative
who is with solid writing abilities, computer skills, tolerance, thoroughness,
and dispute resolution.
 
I have also worked for individual clients that needed
specific assignments executed on a regular basis, needed only one assignment
completed or had a variety of work available at various times. Time management
and organization skills have allowed me to take on several clients and meet
time-sensitive deadlines with high-quality work. Effectively communicating has
allowed me to always be up to date with my client's needs and expectations. I
also have more than 10 years of experience in administration and customer
service.
 
My remote and administrative experience make me a great
