My work responsibilities revolve around driving increased mall-wide sales, boosting foot traffic, and generating rental revenue through third-party events organized by clients and bazaar organizers. I manage major inbound clients, lead mall-initiated events, and have spearheaded an award-winning project: the first pickleball court in a mall in the Philippines. As a mall marketer, I am trained to be the mall-on-duty manager, overseeing the safety and maintenance of the mall throughout the day. I also handle and support relationships with mall merchants, assisting them with their business needs. Overall, my marketing capabilities have honed my skills in dealing with customers, clients, and people from all walks of life.

As an Executive Assistant in my previous role: I primarily managed and secured accounts for our talent pool, focusing on client relations, management, and talent coordination. I was responsible for negotiating and closing major projects between clients, top celebrities/artists, and our management team.
