As a customer service representative in a call center, where I learned the basics answering calls, resolving issues, and really listening to what the customer needs. It was a great foundation, and it taught me the importance of patience and empathy in delivering great customer service experience. It’s about understanding the customer’s long-term goals and helping them succeed with our product or services. It’s been a rewarding experience, and it’s taught me how interconnected customer service is with other parts of a business. So, all in all, I’ve had a pretty comprehensive journey through the customer service landscape, and I’m eager to bring that experience into my next role.
