As a risk taker, I once tried changing my career as an administrative assistant. I was able to explore more things which gave me freedom and ideas to make the work environment a light one. Becomes very detailed to certain matter and even to small details as it may have a big impact to the business. Had only few years to be in this job as covid hits and had to find another opportunity.

Started my career as a senior customer executive back in 2015 for a UK bank and had given me a lot of trainings and opportunity to become best CSE. A sole choice to fly to UK for an exposure training sponsored by the company and had so much learnings and shared it to my trainees as a subject matter expert. Recieved multiple awards related to best customer satisfaction and ratings.
