On my 3 years experience in the field, from retail account to technical support and to financial account, I have already encountered different types of customers, including hard and vulnerable and I believe that if you want the business to keep running, we need to provide quality and great customer service.
On my first job in a retail account, I am tasked to help customers track their deliveries, scheduling and rescheduling installations and repair appointments for home theater and appliances. I have also worked as a technical support/product analyst for almost a year and a half for smart home devices from security cameras down to smart sensors. I assist customers in troubleshooting devices and also helps in promoting our products and services. I have also worked as a Customer Service Executive in one of the most reliable international remittance company for a 13 months wherein I provided assistance in tracking the funds they sent to their families and loved ones. I am also authorized in facilitating follow-ups from our different local partners, recalls/reversals and even refunds.
