• Prepare program proposals, budgets, and other required documents of select partners
• Present proposals for the Program Committee and apply recommendations
• Ensure implementation of programs in accordance to plans and budget
• Support in the preparation and organization of Memoranda of Agreement, Letters of Agreement, and other related documents
• Monitor budget utilization of assigned partners and the Strategic Innovation Unit.
• Prepare and file needed financial and administrative documents
• Plan and schedule meetings, manage logistics, agenda, and materials, and coordinate regular updates to ensure alignment of activities
• Update monitoring forms, calendars, and other tracking tools of the Strategic Innovation Unit.
• Coordinate with other departments on inquiries and concerns of the Strategic Innovation Unit.
• Perform other duties and functions as required by the role and the Strategic Innovation Unit.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
