I am a Sales Admin Supervisor in my previous job, wherein most of my responsibilities are data entries of sales orders and actual sales, reconciliation of accounts, providing daily sales reports. I also do some cold calling to customers/clients if I am task to do so. Also, part of my task is some administrative, like making powerpoint reports, keeping the master data updated and filing of documents.
I am proficient in using Microsoft Suite, Google
Sheets, Google Docs and has a little bit knowledge in using Canva and Capcut. If you are using other tools in your company, I am very much willing to undergo training and I am a quick learner,

Experience: Less than 6 months
Most of our task os to fulfill the orders of our clients. Making sure that our product is always available.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I do the reconciliation monthly in our sales report making sure that all datas are accurate. I also do account reconciliation if needed, or when our finance department cannot accommodate our request.

I am doing cold calls to our clients of I am task to do so, especially if their sales are decreasing or we notice they stop ordering. Most of the time, I communicate with our sales agents regarding their sales and lost customers.
