Profile Description

I am a CPA & CMA with extensive finance experience on US and Australia based companies, particularly engaged in  Shared Services, IT and manufacturing industry. This includes but not limited to bookkeeping, bills processing, invoice processing, bank reconciliation, treasury management, payroll (via Gusto and Xero), account schedule reconciliation, financial statement preparation, financial analysis and forecasting.

My US  tax exposure includes end-to-end US tax compliance works including  preparation/review of Form 1120 and support tax return schedules,  preparation of forecast P&L and Estimated quarterly tax payments proposal,  preparation of Form 1099, Form 1042/1042-S, FBAR preparation,  W-2/W-8Ben, W-8BenE review, etc. I was also involved in coordinating with state tax registrations and various state return filings.  
On the other hand, my Australia tax exposure involves quarterly preparation and filing  of Business Activity Statements, annual ASIC review, annual income tax preparation, TPAR preparation and review, STP reporting and filing.

 I am proficient with the use of MS Word, MS Excel and Power point presentation.
I am also proficient with the use of various ERP and finance system specifically SAP, Oracle, Peachtree, Quickbooks Online and XERO.
