Quality Analyst:
I recently worked for a BPO company as a quality analyst for 4 years and 11 months, and my total professional experience in the BPO industry is 14 years (including agent post). On my recent job, I do call audits, feedback sessions for the agents, facilitate weekly calibration sessions for the Quality Team and Team Leaders, and draft and analyze data for the QA slides needed by my manager for weekly or quarter business reviews.
Video Editor/Mixing Engineer:
On top of my main job, I do freelance work as a video editor/mixing engineer since 2014. I can record instruments and voice from scratch and postprocess them into a finished audio work that can be later synced in an edited video work (e.g., lyric videos, presentations, music videos, podcast episodes). Provided with the raw video shoot, I can also do edits via Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut and do After Effects for motion graphics.
Experience: 10+ years
I have been doing this as freelance work on top of my regular job since 2014, from writing and recording the instrument parts and vocals or voiceovers, whichever is necessary, to doing the mixing and mastering process into a complete WAV file that follows the industry standards (e.g., CD or digital platform requirements like Spotify and Apple Music).
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I started as a call center agent in the previous company (BPO) I worked for and eventually was promoted as a Quality Analyst after 6 months. Then I stayed there and worked on my post for 4 years and 5 months on 2 different accounts: one is related to non legal representation of U.S. Citizens benefits, and the other one is a telecommunications company: I do regular call audits, facilitate calibration sessions, analyze data and prepare QA slides for weekly and quarterly business review purposes
Experience: 1 - 2 years
I have incorporated my audio editing skills and learned video editing to promote my works and eventually was able to create usable and engaging content in social media (e.g. Facebook and Tiktok)
