Profile Description

I worked in a top insurance company here in the Philippines as Claims Associate for almost two (2) years wherein I experienced providing quality customer service via email to cater the client or financial advisor's inquiries from general inquiries to complex cases, communicating to other business stakeholders such as customer representatives via email or chat, initially screening the documents submitted via email, and other likes. I was able to handle payment request to transfer the approved claim to the client's mode of payment from bank transfer or via check form.
I got an opportunity to be able to work in a BPO set-up in a back-office position for 11 months or almost a year to handle US claims from analyzing the root cause for denial claims, to ensure the hospital is properly reimbursed by the insurance payers, and adjusting the too low to pursue amount claims.
With the experience that I acquire, I was able to developed giving the best customer service by delivering it with empathy and making sure that the request was met in a timely manner. I'm always willing to learn new things and familiarize myself to be able to give the customer the quality customer service that I have.
