Profile Description

With more than 10 years of experience in technical support for both SMEs and major organizations, I am an experienced engineer in the fields of IT, systems, networks (Cisco products, Juniper, Meraki, Dell, HP, Aruba), remote hands/assistance, and helpdesk environment. I also have experience with Microsoft O365 administration, power automate, microsoft forms/sharepoint and managing Azure Active directory.
My projects involved setting up MPLS/WAN, SDWAN VeloCloud, configuration for legacy networks, Ansible/API automation, cryptocurrency, SQL and database.
With my extensive experience, you will be assigned a full-service engineer/consultant with experience in engineering disciplines and management, as well as a thorough understanding of technologies, who can assist you in achieving your objectives.
