Over the course of more than 10 years in the field, I have developed extensive experience in Quality Assurance (QA) due to my work with ISO-accredited laboratories. My role also involved significant customer service, where I interacted with a diverse range of clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
