- Front-line point of contact of clients
- Intermediary between clients and accountants/bookkeeper of the firm
- Onboarding clients and briefing them what information they need to provide
- Requesting invoices and bank statement from clients on a timely basis
- Issuing invoices on Quickbooks
- Matching client's payments to relevant invoices on Quickbooks

- Sending direct debit mandate for our clients
- Chasing accounts receivables
- Filing confirmation statement with Companies House
- Processing appeals for the penalty of our clients
- Incorporation of UK companies
- Calling HM Revenue and Customs to inquire about our clients concerns on their taxes
- Processing clients request such as: adding/changing members of LLPs, adding/removing director of the LTDs, updating address in HMRC/Companies House
- Registering clients for a Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) with HM Revenue & Customs
Online Coaching Business
- Customer service
- Chase clients for accounts receivable- Update program materials in Kajabi & GoHighlevel
- Respond to members' inquiry regarding their membership-
- 1 on 1 video tech support calls with clients
- Onboarding calls with clients
- Event moderation and engagement
- Outbound call to chase payment due with clients
- Respond to members' inquiry regarding their membership
- Process requests related to members subscription
- Handle team in meetings, improvements and planning and supervised tea
