I am proficient in the English language and has 10 years of customer service and administrative experience for one of the largest Internet and Cable service provider in the USA. I have also received professional English training because of my call center experience. I was technical support for mobile applications and home security. I also have 3 years of experience handling document verification for KYC and was Email and Chat Quality Analyst for Fraud, KYC, and Retentions. Because of these, I was able to develop a keen eye for detail, the ability to think critically, and the capacity to solve problems efficiently. I am flexible with tasks, adaptable to change, resourceful, and has the initiative to learn in order to complete tasks.
