As a technical representative I'm one of those person who received and help the customer regarding with any specific concern that they have, It might be about their WiFi connection, Cable service, Telephone service , Home security and ETC. We also handle billing problems and lastly we really needed to do sales aswell, It might be either upgrade, add another service or offer mobile service.
First, I happen to work as sales associate for two different stores/company. We face customer every day and describe about the things that we have and the new things that we can offer. I also have a good communication skills both in English and my national dialect. Second, I work as a sale, technical representative at Comcast or XFINITY at US. So we recieves called regarding with their service, we also needed to have a good communication to do the pitch about the things that we can offer to them.
