I've also tackled being an Administrative Assistant for a customs company based in Manila, 6 months later, I got promoted as a Corporate Secretary due to being keenly diligent. My position here lasted for about 9 months.

This is comes into play with my Appointment Setting and Back-Office Specialist roles. I've handled both USA and UK clients over the phone and have not had one been able to tell that I'm an overseas worker.

Having had access to a computer most of my life, this comes as a no-brainer. I know just about every shortcut on a keyboard, intermediate troubleshooting, and how to efficiently optimize a computer.
