what I do? -- I handle a team who assist customers via Live chat or via Email on whatever issues or questions they may have. Making sure customers are satisfied with the products or services offered and also making sure to keep a record of a trend of issues coming from customers and looking for a way to better remedy the situation in a fast and timely manner to not waste the time of customers with back and forth contacts or email replies. also have a background on processing orders making sure the orders are correct and are run through the system and shipped to arrive on time. also building spreadsheets so that KPI's and daily metrics are seen by my team and motivating agents looking at problematic areas and training or being someone they can talk to when needed.
