Hi! I am Kristine and I have a solid experience in Customer Service.I worked for 7 years in the Hospitality Industry where we are very focused on giving the best service we can provide to a customer. Customer is our number one priority and work extra mile for them. I also have experience in admin works such as daily inventories, ordering stocks, monetary and non-monetary reports for I was in the supervisory level for 3 years. I also handle customer inquiries in store, by phone, and by email.I am very detail oriented and I always keep track of the tasks assigned to me, making sure I have completed it within the time given. I have a strong desire to learn, willing to be trained and always open to adapt to the new environment. I believe it is always the key to a job well done. Now, I am a Licensed Financial Advisor here in the Philippines. This job has given me the opportunity to share my advocacy of financial literacy to others and help them prepare and secure the future of their families.With regards to freelancing, I believe everything can be learned. I am currently taking online courses of freelancing and social media management.
