I’m a customer service professional with many years of experience under my belt. I’ve worked with a variety of clients, including individuals and businesses, across multiple industries, including healthcare, workman’s comp, and financial accounts. My responsibilities have included providing excellent customer service, resolving issues and complaints, and providing training and support to other customer service representatives. I am proficient in all aspects of customer service, including phone, email, and chat. In my previous role, I was consistently recognized for my ability to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. I am also a skilled trainer, and I have a proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs. I am confident that I have the skills and experience necessary to be a valuable asset to your team.

I’ve always considered myself a creative person, and while it’s just a hobby for me, I’m pretty good at graphic design. I’ve completed several projects for friends and family. I’m confident that I can bring the same level of skill and creativity to a professional setting.
