Profile Description

I've been in BPO industry for more than 5 years, I have 3 years customer service experience, I work with eBay and amazon before, then I apply as a Travel helpdesk and I work with chase (Teleperformance) for more than 2 years.
We are helping chase members to book flights, cars and hotels. As well as modification for their reservation.
I am also capable of handling Irate customers , can do multi-task and can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
