I have spent 5 years as a Customer Service/Sales Representative in Microsoft
6 Months working in the Office/On site.
4 Years and 6 Months working remotely.
Working remotely for my future job will not be a problem, since I was working in a remote set up until recently.
Before being a Microsoft Customer Service Representative, I have worked as a receptionist in an online casino for 6 months that majors assisting VIP's/owners of the online casino company when they're arriving in the Office. Given the nature of my dream to be in the hospitality management industry when I was in College. After being a receptionist, I have worked as an Administrative assistant that helped me build courage, strong communicational skills and rapports which helped me upgrade my game by becoming a Microsoft customer service/sales representative. Right now, I 'am seeking to utilize all the skills and trainings I have attained in my past jobs. I do not

As a former Microsoft customer service/sales representative, My task includes sending emails to Microsoft account/Product users. Mainly about the resolution of their escalated/pending cases with the Microsoft support team as well as instructions that will help the user to resolve their concern (Pending orders, troubleshooting steps, returns and refunds)
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Related on being a Microsoft customer service/sales representative, My task includes taking chats for Microsoft account/Product users. This consists of assisting customer via chat support channel (DFC Tool) with 2 chat concurrence. Our main goal for this task is to attend to the Microsoft users who will contact online via the Microsoft support page, in a timely manner to help resolve concerns. Most of the user's concerns were Password reset and other Personal information management, Microsoft products (Returns, Status, Refunds and Place order on behalf of the customer) Basic troubleshooting steps for Office activation and usage (Microsoft 365 subscription, Office licenses, OneDrive, Outlook usage, etc.)
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
As a former Microsoft customer service/sales representative, I was first and originally trained to assist customers via phone regarding Microsoft concerns in the UK. I was given an opportunity to transfer to the chat support team later on with the same line of business which helped me develop strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
