During my time at Concentrix, I honed my skills as a Sales Advisor II, consistently exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service. This experience provided me with a solid foundation in sales techniques, relationship-building, and client management. I also worked as a customer service representative for the same company and the same account. I was assigned to the retention department, where we persuade those customers of ours to stay with the company since they were planning to cancel their subscription with us. What I learned from that experience is to always listen to and understand the problems of your customers and help them as best you can. I also honed my empathy when I was assigned to this role.
My subsequent role as a Business Development Representative at Wheelhouse Enterprises allowed me to further develop these skills while also gaining valuable experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Through strategic prospecting and effective communication, I successfully expanded our client base and contributed to revenue growth.
I was thrilled to be promoted to Assistant Manager within just six months of joining Wheelhouse Enterprises, a testament to my dedication, leadership abilities, and commitment to excellence. In this role, I demonstrated my capacity to lead and motivate teams, streamline processes, and drive performance to achieve organizational objectives.
