I am an experienced accountant and auditor (CPA) with a robust background spanning over six years in diverse financial environments. I started my career at an auditing firm, Sycip Gorres and Velayo (SGV and Co.)/Ernst and Young (EY), where I gained a solid foundation in financial auditing and reporting over a year. This experience honed my analytical skills, attention to detail, and personal development, which are essential for accurate financial assessment and compliance.

Following this, I spent three years in the private sector, managing a range of accounting functions from financial statement preparation to budgeting and forecasting. My role involved not only maintaining accurate financial records but also optimizing processes and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions in maritime industries.

Currently, I am in my second year with the Commission on Audit, a constitutional commission, where I continue to leverage my expertise in financial, compliance and value for money audit. This position has deepened my understanding of public sector accounting and compliance, allowing me to contribute to transparency and accountability in government financial practices.
