1. I do inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis 2. Process payments and refunds using Stripe 3. Respond to emails, Whatsapp and OTA's (such as Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia) 4. Sending of access codes using our tool to our incoming guests 5. Report any maintenance issues (if any) 6. Handling complaints and make sure it's resolved 7. I do damage Invoice for Airbnb claims (if any) 8. Process of bookings (directly and through OTA's) 9. Creating Invoices using Stripe for direct bookings 10. Send quotation email for corporate bookings (direct bookings) 11. Update monitoring trackers (i.e Deposit refunds, Damages, Cleaning Audit Reports, Daily Available Properties, Key Tracker)
