Recently passed the TESDA Contact Center Services training (NCII) and got hired on
the spot by one of the call centers in Bacolod.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
• Greeting and welcoming guests and providing them with a positive first impression of the organization! • Directing guests and answering their questions! • Answering the telephone; taking and relaying messages; providing information to callers! • Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendar! • Contributing to the team by accomplishing tasks as needed! • Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean reception area!
Experience: 5 - 10 years
• Assisting and listening to customers' needs on store and on call! • Up Selling the products of the company to reach the monthly target! • Implementing sales strategy leading to reaching my monthly sales targets! • Taking care of all the items inventory in weekly, monthly, yearly basis! • Reporting to the General Manager the sales performance every day!
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Proficient in handing emails using Gmail and also had a solid experience with word and spreadsheet processing using Google Spreadsheet and Google Docs.
