Seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, finance, and data analysis. Adept in financial statement preparation and its financial reporting, planning, systems implementation, and
budget management.

Workmanship includes:

Bookkeeping:

I have been responsible for ensuring that the business transactions were accurately recorded in the company's book.  Source documents and business activities are
carefully analyzed to accurately reflect the effects on the company. 

Part of my work also includes doing reconciliation.   This covers reconciling
bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable and others (account
analysis), ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies.

Financial reports preparation:

I have prepared financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and statements of changes in equity, for internal and external reporting purposes. I have ensured that the financial reports are prepared in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Financial statement analysis / Data Analyis:

I have analyzed the financial statements and ratios, such as profitability, liquidity, solvency, and efficiency, to evaluate the financial performance and position of the company. I have also prepared and presented financial reports, using Excel and/or Tableau, to provide insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Budgeting:

Help create budgets by gathering historical data, work with all the departments in forecasting revenue and expenses, and allocating resources.  Analyze variances
between budgeted and actual spending, recommending adjustments and advising on
cost-saving measures.

Cashflow projections:

Prepare cash flow forecasts to anticipate funding needs and avoid disruption in business operations.

With technical skills on the following:

A.)  QuickBooks Online: 

I am a Certified Advanced QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, well-versed in categorizations, Chart of Accounts setup and management, bank reconciliations, generating Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets, managing bank feeds, creating journal entries, customize reports and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
      
B.)  Digital Proficiency: 

       1.  I am comfortable working in a fully digital and cloud-based environment, 
            utilizing platforms like Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive 
            seamlessly alongside QuickBooks Online. 

       2.  I am also proficient in MS Office 365 more particularly in Excel as I found it to 
            be useful in conducting data analysis.

      3.  For further data insights and visualization, I can utilize Tableau.
