PURCHASER / PROJECT COORDINATOR

* Accepts, validates and processes assigned Material Requisitions received from Requestors. * Reviews, analyze, compares and approves goods and services to be purchased. * Request for price quotations from suppliers and/or Sub-Contractors recommended by Requesters and look for new possible suppliers and/or Sub-Contractors. * Monitors supplier deliveries and expedites overdue orders. * Maintains records such as Purchase Order and Material Requisition copies and Product Brochures. * Coordinates with Logistics for delivery confirmation and products for pick up. * Coordinates with Finance for accounts payable concerns. * Prepares canvass sheet for comparison of quotations. * Negotiates final and best price to suppliers and/or Sub-Contractors. * Maintains and update Supplier’s Accreditation documents. * Prepares weekly and monthly reports requested by Managers and/or other departments

* Oversee the project's overall progress and coordinate with all team members to maintain workflow alignment * Monitoring expenses and implementing effective cost-saving measures. * Prepares Project Post Inventory Report * Monitors Equipment and Material Delivery * Provide administrative support to the project team as needed * Collate weekly Project Progress Report * Preparing Project Purchase Requisition
