Tax Preparation
>Preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses using Lacerte.
>Prepares income tax returns- form 1040, 1120, 1120s and 1065. Preparation may include different schedules or forms like the K-1, Sched E, Sched C, Sched A,W2s, 1099INT, 1099 MISC/NEC, 1099 div, 1095A, 1099SA and more.
>Work remotely. Use portals, Google workspace, Lacerte.
SKILLS
Knowledgeable in accounting principles and experienced with accounting software, such as Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate the financial information to stakeholders.
Strong attention to details to ensure accuracy in financial records and identify errors or discrepancies.
Good proficiency in Excel.
Good proficiency in other Miscrosoft Office Suite like Outlook, Teams, Word and Powerpoint
Good proficiency in Zoom and Gsuite like Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gdocs and Google Meet.
Strong ability to collaborate with individuals across the organization to achieve results.
Strong presence with the ability to interact with the top management of the organization and clients including the board, partners or sole owner of a business
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and high-quality work standards
Strong relationship-building skills and a highly professional “client service orientation”
