I dreamt about working in the BPO industry 3 years ago and by the help of my encouragement and determination I got my job offer with the one of the most wonderful BPO company for 2 years and I believe that my knowledge and skills is enough to continue to stay in this industry, I was a sales representative for my 1st year. In this pace, i had encountered different kind of customer who challenge me and become a top agent of our company.
