- 3 years BPO experience in Healthcare Account (Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield/CIGNA Medical)
- 6 months in Data entry for invoice transcription (Hillpointe) 
- newly trained for General Virtual Assistant from an online coach with Certificate
Although I don't have direct experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant or General Virtual Assistant I believe I have the necessary skills and qualifications that makes me a valuable candidate for this position.
