• Reports directly to Operations Manager and Vice President for Philippine Operations
• Oversees and handles a team of 70 teachers and 3 Senior teachers
• Provides daily direction and communication to employees so that online lessons are conducted efficiently
• Provides continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers
• Monitoring of team’s statistics, provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each teaUpgrade to see actual infomber
• Writes and administers performance reviews for skill improvement
• Responds to and resolves employee relation issues expressed by subordinates
• Addresses disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy
• Prepares warnings and communicates effectively with employees on warnings and makes effective/appropriate decisions relative to corrective action as required
• Assists the manager with daily operation of the company to include the development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling and reward/recognition programs
• Shares continual responsibility for dUpgrade to see actual info how to manage the employees, ensuring quality service given to clients/students
• Ensures quality service is given to clients by listening to sound files, side by side sessions while teaUpgrade to see actual infomber is conducting a lesson and mock lessons
• Uses appropriate judgement in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns
• Interviews applicants and filtering applicants according to profile
• Trains employees regarding skill enhancement and performance improvement
