1. Manages the day-to-day operations of the office. This may include taking note of their travel schedules, meetings, speaking engagements and other appointments for the board members. In addition to this, I am also involve in setting up their conferences and workshops.
2. Organize, maintain files, and records as well as taking steps to maintain that the company is in compliance with all applicable record-keeping requirements.
3. Manages projects and conduct research and often manage the flow of information to board members.
4. Prepares and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to make sure that the data was
analyzed
correctly.
5. Coordinates with the event coordinators regarding the upcoming workshops/ conference.
6. Updates the members/ non-members records for easier tracking during workshops/ conference invites.
7. Provides quality customer service during workshops/conference.
